Chakras, originating in India many years ago, have long been believed to play an important role in the balance and stability of the body’s seven main energy points. By keeping these open and aligned, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the body, mind, and spirit.
There are seven principal chakras and each one has its own unique symbol and colour – Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root. CROWN CHAKRA
The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head and is said to enhance self-awareness, represent enlightenment and connect us spiritually.
